First Movie for Allison!!

We finally got Allison to the movie theater. Jake and I took her to see Monsters University and she loved it. We had been prepping weeks before by watching the sequel, Monsters Inc. What great timing! Disney channel marketing team really knows what they are doing.  She loved it (so did we!) and stayed put throughout the entire movie. Can't wait to go again one day!

We went on another berry picking adventure recently. This time with Daddy and this time, blueberries.
It's berry season and nothing is better than fresh picked berries! We even met the farmer's daughter who got real chummy with us and gave me her blueberry muffin recipe!

While daddy is in Nola, the girls and I spent the morning at the Berry Farm. We went to pick berries but didn't expect all the surprises of seeing real farm animals free ranging! It was awesome!

Jake spent the day swimming, lounging, napping, watching golf and then grilling.

 I would say he had a great day with his girls!! Happy Father's Day!

We've been swimming a lot lately! Allison decided to turn herself into a fish and can swim pretty good now. Hooray for lessons!!

Now that Kate is talking more and more, she is getting along with Allison quite well! They play together all the time. they do have their fights over toys and Kate always thinks it's her turn but that's expected.

Allison is a puzzle wiz! She looooooves puzzles. She is getting really good at them. 

She has also taken it upon herself to start changing Kate's WET diapers. I don;t know how this started but she did it one day and I caught her in the act. I supervised and she did really good. She is NOT allowed to change a dirty one though! They almost don't need me anymore! :(  hehe
