Beach Trip

We drove all the way to Galveston one day and went to the beach. The trip lasted all but 25 minutes. Kate hated the sand. Allison hated the waves. Well, it's a good thing we don't have any beach trips planned. Maybe one day they will enjoy the beach.

We prepare and eat fresh, delicious foods and have been staying clean of over processed junk. There is nothing better than home cooked meals that are good for you and make you feel good. The kids aren't in the pictures but I love the colors of all this yummyness that it needed to be shown.

August has finally arrived and we have been busy!

Some fun things we've done so far:

Watch the 3rd round of baby birds born in the last 3 months

Watch the tree guys take down the Bradford pear

Rain Dance

It hasn't rained much this summer but we finally got some rain on Monday thanks to this wonderful rain dance from Allison!

Happy 4th of July 2013

We spent this 4th of July at the lake house and had such a fun time! Next year, we'll get to stay for the fireworks!!

Summer Park Fun

We went to a really big park near the town's landfill where we played, climbed ropes, slid down slides and met random friends.
